30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Be free from damage caused by misuse or improper installation
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Products returned without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong part or need a different product, we are happy to assist with an exchange.

To speed up the process, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Vehicle make, model, and year
  • The product you received
  • The product you would like instead

Customers are responsible for any price differences between exchanged items.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items missing original packaging
  • Products damaged by improper installation
  • Special-order or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product is defective
  • The product was damaged during shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
